We hope the SunRail bosses are truly listening to the Customer Advisory Committee that was launched earlier this year.
We’ve seen boards like this before set up by government agencies to make it look as though they care what citizens think, and those citizen boards get ignored and the government bosses shrug off the advice and do whatever “they” want.
A few weeks back Jeffery Morris, who chairs the SunRail’s CAC wrote what we consider the best commentary we’ve ever seen on SunRail. He wrote from the heart, and his observations, which you can see by clicking here, were right on point.
Hopefully SunRail bosses read the article, and maybe we’ll see them act on his suggestions. We hope so for the sake of SunRail, and its riders. The advisory committee is meeting Tuesday morning. We’ll see what happens.
